What to expect
New patients are evaluated during approximately one-hour sessions where initial impressions and initial treatment recommendations are made. A second visit is usually made in the next one to three weeks. Subsequent visits are scheduled as needed. In appropriate cases, EEG testing can be arranged after the first visit.
Fees and insurance
Dr. Anderson is not a contracted provider for any insurance, although you may obtain out-of-network benefits. Payment is due at the time the services are rendered. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at full fee.
Dr. Anderson is available and responsive outside of scheduled appointment times for important clinical issues. Routine questions and medication adjustments are best made during regularly scheduled sessions where your concerns can be fully addressed.
Extended phone consultations will be billed for that additional time and effort.
In order to maintain active clinical status and receive medication refills, patients are expected to keep regularly scheduled appointments as they are medically necessary to maintain the highest quality of care.
